Agree with all that has been said, AU Mining seems to be an unkown with various theories being proposed. Hopefully the latter is correct, although does not give them a whole lot of credibility if they did back Navigator in my opinion.
At the end of the day, as long as they have the loot I suppose. What concerns me is that I would expect for a party such as Au Mining offering funding to develop Touquoy to push for something along the lines of 4 year convertible notes, with; modest interest, security over everything ATV, and an 8c option after 4 years. Whilst this will generate the returns they are after on their capital it is less than ideal for mug punters aleady in the game although better than equity raised now.
I reiterate that I think we want a straight loan and willing to pay 20% per annum. I would expect only conventional financiers etc will offer funding of this nature, funds and high net worth individuals need a greater return on their money.
