    Oily, I was recently told by a company rep that Ni price wont rise significantly before 2022, and they paid big money for the latest and best intelligence, so I'd forget about Blair for now. Cant see any chance of that producing for at least 10 years. Imagine the costs to refurbish that and getting it going.
