I noted above that CFE is like the movie Failure to Launch.

We should ask TS to show us the 2012 JORC! Where is the 2012 JORC? Without that there is nothing. We have lovely shiny photos and charts but its all glitz without substance.

A 2012 JORC will demonstrate the viability or otherwise of the tenements. It costs money and time to get a 2012 JORC. So where is it.

It is 12 months ago yesterday that the initial announcement was made about the binding agreement in DRC but still no 2012 JORC.

The number one priority should be a 2012 JORC - no more pictures or charts - just a 2012 JORC.

Then we will know if this thing is going float or sink. At the moment there are those who are all gung-ho about cobalt and then there are the sceptics who have been there before. I want to be shown that I was wrong to be a sceptic, but that can only happen if there is a 2012 JORC.

With a 2012 JORC there will be people lining up at the door.

That's is probably why there is no off-take agreements yet because is has not been demonstrated that there is a resource. It is all speculation.
