Holding off on off-take agreements would benefit us if the price continues to climb, it is not the best interests of the metal broker to wait to purchase at a higher price.

Locking in cheaper prices on the resource with a long term price is forecast to be much higher is what these guys do. Unless TS is holding out for a better deal than what they are prepared to offer.

Who knows - but would like something more solid to start the rise.
