Cobaltian pyrite, an iron sulphide mineral that has a high cobalt content, is associated with copper sulphide across Havilah Resource Limited's mineral tenements (covering the Copper Belt and Mutooroo Cobalt District).
It is a geological characteristic of the Curnamona Province (in South Australia), related to the genesis of mineralisation, that almost all the cobaltian pyrite in the region contains significant associated cobalt.
