This is one of thosr rare stocks which are chasing the "hot metal" of the moment, look to have a reasonable chance of success, but most importantly the share registry is so tight, and not a lot of shares issued, that its hard to get volume without pushing the SP up a lot. Market cap also still quite low. These opportunities if they pan out don't come often
