The main problem is MEI don't actually have any cobalt though. They have the hope of cobalt. The problem share price wise is that and the fact that all of these sort of companies chasing high grade old mining areas have come up with nothing so far. Cobalt is proving to be a very tough commodity to invest in so far despite the big rises in the Co price.
