While i appreciate that many of us bought in at much higher prices, surly there is a risk that if we vote down the distribution, that the creditors and management could just say "stuff it" and put the company into liquidation.

Even if we do eventually get 10cents (or more), there is no way that it would come any faster than over 2 years.

I'm voting YES. I'm taking my cash, and I'm going to get the heck out of dodge.
