    Sorry I’m not full bottle on either of those projects so I can’t really comment. But I take it both those projects are transport related projects to reduce congestion/improve connectivity. If that is the case they both have been influenced by population growth.

    The reasons events leading up to why one project is replaced by another is not what I would want to discuss. But a quick google would suggest the EW link had a significant opposition and the current government campaign against it and won the election, obviously he coalition who proposed and initiated the EW link didnt.

    Labor proposed the alternative ‘more expansive’ project that included an additional river crossing, so I can understand why it cost more. Oh and they still won the recent election..So who got it wrong?
