I deal with urban salinity and I can assure you inappropriate subdivision land development and in the country inappropriate land care by farmers causes salinity issues magnitudes greater than CSG companies carefully dealing with and effectively managing such issues ... just look at the devastation farming has caused in the Murray Darling Basin ... its total bovine excrement to make such a fuss about CSG and salinity ... its even more absurd since much of the objection comes from farmers themselves.
