This is a very positive announcement IMO.

"The extension will allow WHK Horwath to prepare the Independent Expert Report (IER) for inclusion in the Notice of Meeting to be sent to shareholders to vote on the
change of direction of ECS and the acquisition of Alphacoal."

My reading of this paragraph is that the report will be included for shareholders to vote on. IMO, you would not put this up to vote if it wasn't a viable project.

Now the real question is, will it dribble in some $$$ or will it be a cash cow?
