6.4Bt resource / 744Mt probable reserve. Low cost, open cut with shallow overburden. 120m thick coal seam.
All regulatory licences approved. Rail, power, port access and water rights secured.
Stage 1 Production (2018) - 6Mtpa with long term offtake agreements in place for Domestic and Export supply.
581M SOI (Top 20 approx 75%) = tightly held.
$12M cash on hand.
RES have been working to secure mine construction finance approval for the better part of 4 years. Looks like finally things might be happening. If all goes ahead on favourable terms, then SP will re-rate quite quickly.
