Californias permanent drought is over, as CO2 fails yet again.
Form 3 years ago, the drought is now finished.
California snow was so far off the charts it was unbelievable, and ties in with the NH snow cover, that is almost a fail by the tiny trace gas.

Just another fail for the AGW crowd, CO2 also needs your help it appears that 1 particle for 10,000 particles is having a bad time of it, in fact I think CO2 is in very bad form lately. In fact, I would consider dropping CO2 back down into the reserves, to try to find some form.
