Certainly the reaction to the SPP and the sluggish inertia ATM says you're right Hibba. Once approval is in place (assuming) it's going to fly so to get it at 3c IMO you're timing will have to be Tiger Woods like. Looks like 3c will happen in a rapid capitulation so you'll have to be fast.
