CNX Should have taken the QLD government to court ! CNX compled with all the conditions required by the government , spent millions of share holders funds to get their projects to That point ,and then have the government ban any CSG or similar related processes because it suited their political agendas ( not science based ) is criminal ! CNX Needs to be prepared to fight for their money from the Chineses as well , as was Clive Palmer who successfully won his case against Cinex recently . Stand up for share holders ! Or doesn't their hard earnt investment money mean anything !
