This year and next both companies face a lot of debt that needs to be rolled over. So until this is done and dusted we will hover through this trading range, maybe with a pump and dump here and there.

as long as there is debt it will always be subject to being "rolled over"
and no "trading range" has being established with regards to cnp securities
also, i have not seen any hallmarks of pumping of cnp, although there has being a heck of a lot of dumping.
