CER is somewhat more secure and NTA looks positive vs CNP negative NTA. Yes this is not the only measure for the company.
This year and next both companies face a lot of debt that needs to be rolled over. So until this is done and dusted we will hover through this trading range, maybe with a pump and dump here and there.
