In the past CER was higher then CNP.
This was due to CER been seen as more stable.
The assumption is that CER would return to regularity before CNP would (dividends, debt etc).
CNP shot past and left cer behind recently. Why this happened? Nobody seems to know. But overtime it drifted downward to the price it is now.
CNP would benefit greatly from CERs success. It's paying a lot of bills.
