How can we like a deal we basically know nothing about? Also they did say as part of consolidation they want to raise $3mill. Current marketcap is around $8mill so that's going to be close to another 50% shares issued minimum. So as investors, as a result of this deal, we end up with 45% of what we used to have as part of the merger deal and then shares diluted another 50%. We possibly end up with a quarter of the ownership we used to have out of this deal. Granted we then have an additional arm to the business and $3mill more in cash but is that a good deal for us? Hard to say without more information but unlikely in my view.
