CNNC and CGNPG are separate Chinese nuclear power utilities.
CGNPG own Hussab and CNNC part own LH.
There is conflicting reports as to who is negotiating with RIO to take over Rossing.
One report says CNNC the other report says the owner of Hussab.
Very easy to get the two confused by careless reporting.
IMO it would be CGNPG (HUSSAB) who is looking at Rossing nearby.
So CNNC future relationship with LH/PDN is still in a indeterminate state.
