Do you know what a revolving credit facility is?
A revolving credit facility allows you to draw down and repay the loan as many times as you like within the agreed upon time frame.
The expiry date of the revolving credit facility is 21/07/19 so I'm assuming the facility is still available?
Is this what you didn't understand..?
If I held PDN now I would certainly hope that they don't get taken over right now.
Given that PDN needs to pay back US $120,000,000 or AU $166,000,000 to bond holders before share holders will get a cent.
So for every 20c share you would receive about 10c back..
