    To me, the bin contracts would be a great value add and perhaps quite lucrative - and they are a foot in the door to supply of the bags.

    They have done this (Bin supply) as phase 1 in their China Nanjing Jianye contract, so perhaps the CNN story is very much built on a slow and steady process that goes well beyond bags and into Waste Management, which we have heard them reference.
