We really need a lot more details about the proposed merger:
What is happening to the new "global" sales force that got employed during the year?
Looking at the Malaysia deal on hand - looks like Cardia is doing the right thing outsourcing that one (although Stellar do have a plant there?).............
A lot more info on synergies-cost savings-doublication of market presence - product lines and IP on either side is required.
