I still think I am correct. although it is very confusing to check through the SAMR website, from my understanding, "the decision to receive announcements " will be published first, and then is "the notice to post the announcements " with their postal addresses. they will use the same manufacturer/factory name & use reference number. try to search " reference numbers: YP20180333" & "GMP Dairy Pty Ltd " within the website as an example- from yesterday's new approval list.
or search our " camperdown powder pty Ltd " , it will pop up and show the publish list on 05 Jan 2018, with reference number "China Food registration application reference:YP 20171062". I am guessing whether it meant canperdown lodged the application for "duo la formulas" in October 2017 and got approved on 5th Jan 2018? any one can confirm this ?
