My question about the tubes was who makes the tubes used in In Tube. Forrest infers this is BD whereas I always thought it was Greiner. By the way Partrick we should be careful about dismissing the Spot collection method as being prone to error. All the people I have seen using their system just collect blood in one standard lithium heparin tube which is available at most phlebotomy stations. This is probably easier than collecting blood in 3 special tubes that can only be used for the TB test and then have to be shaken just hard enough. Alex
