For those who aren't aware, operator sentiment and moral at the mine has been pretty dire since day dot when production started. The on-site facilities are rated some of the worst in Australia. The whole approach to this operation has been second rate and in a dog-eats-dog world that this industry is in at the moment, financial and social complacency of any sought is going to eat away at the very grassroots that a start-up operation like this needs in order to stay afloat.
