Stealth, go through and do a spread-sheet on what actually has been paid out to Norm (and others on the board) and you'll see that this trip, has been exceedingly successful for them. They declared it, so its lawful, so no one can bitch about now. But from a Corporate Governance point of view, it has always stunk! To much hand in the jar......................
