The outcome of the ANN may go some way to answering some the questions I put to Norm in my email last night.
5. Does the Company intend to make an announcement to the Market in order to reassure Shareholders that the Company is on track to achieve the following:
b. Has successfully negotiated a revised payment profile and term of debt with MBL.
c. That Mr Bruce Mathieson continues to have the desire to convert any drawn debt under the facility to equity as a further show of faith in the Company and Project? I say this based on the fact that Mr Mathieson has seen his significant investment @ 50c per share plummet to 15c at the close of trading on the ASX on Tuesday 2nd September.
Now we can all speculate till the cows come home...we just have to wait and see if a deal has been reached or not...JIMO
