Good that you noticed this trade on CMG. Wouldn't be a buyback activity because ASX requires buybacks to be reported before opening the next day (by no buyback announcement on 3 Sept).
More likely, this is the tail end to some sort of insto transaction that caused massive volumes just after the FY14 results were announced. Otherwise, CMG volumes have been a whisper -- shares traded this week ranged from 24K to 377K (except on 2nd Sept) vs up to 8M in one day two weeks ago.
