I don't think net debt will do much to the share price. What we want to hear is the debt is gone and repaid. The recent repayment of part of the debt is a positive move for existing holders but that wouldn't give me a signal as an observer to buy.
The crux of the issue here is sustainability of future earnings.
Clearly the Subscription division is facing some challenges. They have recruited someone to give this the focus it needs while Dom focuses on the whole business but also has the Digital Influencer Marketing division reporting to him directly. He knows this is the growth engine that needs to show results.
So I think when there is clarity on the sustainability / trend of the Subscription Division earnings as well as some earnings reporting from the Digital Influencer Division we'll see the SP react.
