Thats what i am expecting with the exception of dividends..one condition of the conv note is that dividend is not permitted until it has been paid off.
Cant remember if theres a rule for share buyback but i would imagine the same applies .
On a side note. Big buy volume today. If volume keeps up , expect some announcement very soon as news tend to leak before they officially provide any updates.
