    I realise that my 'very fair' comment was a bit confusing. I do think it's generous but just not very high like I said.

    Good point about where his focus is. I'm not sure as I don't know him. But he has millions of CM8 shares so the incentives should be there!

    It's always in the results anyway, if they come no one will care, if they don't we'll point the finger
