    Thanks for this. I've been flip flopping from "bugger it too hard" to "look at what they've done. Let's have one last try" for about a year now. 


    Its been an emotional rollercoaster! 


    Im comfortable now with the current approach. Vote against the rubbish resolutions. Waiting a while longer and seeing how this plays out. 


    Chill has been very generous with advice. I definitely take on board his feedback.
