    Ha read your own advice!!

    there is nothing mischievous about truthfully recounting a dismal court hearing. Especially when the company does not provide any meaningful updates about the process.

    its exasperating that you (CLZ) are wasting time chasing down the dissenters when you should BE PULLING TOGETHER INFO TO GET SHARES TRADING AGAIN.
