We did get one strike a few years back, the following year when we went for Strike 2 they had issued themselves and related parties that many shares for “services, loans, interest” during the year we didn’t stand a chance. Further to that they refused my proxy votes 30m+ over some minor technicality- date/time/filled out - same happened to a few others that I know.
One big lesson for me on CLZ - back the management not the company when investing!!
