Good to see someone taking some positive action - as much as you can anyway.
If you're all keen for BOD changes you can always vote against the remuneration reports - the "two strikes" law is an effective way to attempt to force change. You only need 25% vote against the remuneration report twice to force a board re-election. Probably doesn't help much with these "consultant fees" but it might scare them a bit at least if you can get 1 strike on the record!
