@Lunardragon, there is a high probability that there will be a strategic partner for Sunrise, CLQ management have spoken to this in a recent ann. I believe, and they have also stated that they don't want too much equity being put on the line particularly at current SP prices.
On the SP being belted worse than other Co stocks, I don't think CLQ (its high on a closing basis was $1.69 on 2/11/17) has been treated any worse than many of the other Co's, ARL has stood up OK it's peak was $1.99 it is 46.5c today. AUZ peaked @0.14 - it has been as low as 0.03c, take a look at COB its high was $1.53 and it is trading @0.155 today. Most battery metals stocks have been belted,
I had a conversation with senior management of a Co firm recently (not CLQ) and his view was that he wanted to slow down cash burn until Co prices rebounded, his reasoning being that he expected Co prices to rebound from the lowly place they are at present before mid year, and thus SP might move up from where it is now.
