Clough CFO resigns suddenly LOUISE BURKE, The West Australian September 4, 2009, 11:14 am
WA-based engineering company Clough has began searching for a new chief financial officer, after announcing the sudden resignation of Andrew Walsh this morning.
Mr Walsh will also step down from his role as an executive director on the company's board.
Mr Walsh has worked with Clough for six years and chief executive John Smith said he had shown "exceptional commitment" since joining the company as the business was going through a very difficult period.
Richard Simons and Neil Siford will step in to take on Mr Walsh's role while Clough searches for a replacement.
The company said it would consider internal and external candidates.
