    Current Liabilities $3,998 million

    at the end of the day it doesn't matter if you have cash in the bank when you have still not paid your creditors. I have a funny feeling they still owe money from the last well and paying this off but again information very limited and fuzzy from OGI ( Unless we are doing more notes )
