Since it's like watching paint dry in here while we wait for a transaction, let's make it a little more interesting and take some guesstimates for:
1) date of a transaction announcement?
2) Share/corporate transaction or land sale
3) if share: price/share
4) if land: total value.
My guesses:
1) 15 May
2) share/corporate transaction
3) $0.95/share
4) na (but equates to just over $200m for the EFS)
