Craig is related to Aviemore Capital (who converted its Performance Shares to Ordinary Shares - upon meeting some performance milestone).

The Quarterly cash flow report doesn't show any cash being paid and nor does it show the above conversion (Clause 7.13). I've had a quick flick through different documents but I can't locate what the shares related to in the first place. Mind you, it was probably staring me in the face!!
