Can someone explain this to me like I am a 5 year old

If 35M + shares went through today why does the chart only show 15.06M here?
and nearly all of those were at .002

So where is this 20M buy/sell?

It is good that the buys went through at .002... if it hits .003 then we know something was leaked in the background and we may see some action soon

If it sticks or drops it may be someone jumping ship i.e. the death rattle mentioned above... though that would seem odd as someone would be happy to dump all at .001 if it was just a dump
