I picked this one a few months ago. Although I don't have a huge holding, the amount of buying over the past few weeks has been encouraging. It seems that whoever is buying up wants in badly and is prepared to buy in the mid to high 1's. I'm planning to hold this one long term as there is so much potential on many projects.
