Bought another parcel at 2.05 today giving me a 1.72 average on...

Bought another parcel at 2.05 today giving me a 1.72 average on API. Share price not doing much today on low volume. Still think its in a 2.00 to 2.10 trading range. Sold out of FLT to do this, which dived 1 % after i sold so got lucky with timing. Anyone else have thoughts on API and is it going to continue move upward or is there a ceiling to this? Would love some technical feedback as I think their fundermentals look good especially on the growth side.
