Thanks for your info and replies. That is a very nice diplomatic way to express how most if not all feel about the matter of remuneration. A gentleman and a scholar.

All I would like to add is a bit more food for thought ( junk food ? ) ....... I feel it would be prudent for management to cut their salaries by about 50% if they truly believed they could resurrect this company and produce something of value for the long suffering and almost broke shareholders. On the other hand if they know we are gone.......there would be no point in cutting salaries and to the contrary in looking after number one they should take every last dollar they can from us until administration.

Do they hold shareholders in contempt ? ? What did we do but believe in them. I suppose all's fair in love and war but hey we are not the enemy and don't deserve to be slaughtered by our leaders.

That's my rant and now for a cold beer.
