Perhaps management believed with HC posters. When I raised the issue and point out lack of data 2 years afore the response from posters was there is much very good data. I have asked for reference but I cannot find and no one has point me to any controlled and statistically powered studies as is to be needed to get clearance.
And I raised also the concerns regarding 'insulin-like growth factors'. Their product, TIS claims, contains "vitronectin, fibronectin, insulin-like growth factor-I, insulin-like growth factor II, insulin-like growth factor binding proteins, epidermal growth factor, fibroblast growth factor" Regulators will require safety studies. These are well known and published safety concerns with the identified growth factors. Management must have known these concern would raise issues problematic for achieving regulatory clearance. I have been asking for a long time why the company does not conduct such studies. Because they did not I sold all of my stock long ago.
And most certainly such studies will be required by the FDA
