It is obvious that games are being played with the SP. As far as I am concerned they can play all they like, as long as the company keeps shareholders informed about the progress and results of the clinical trials that they are running.
After all, that is what the company exists for. It is not here to be a toy of white collar goons attempting to feather their own nests. However, that is the share market and goes with the territory, but company ethics and reporting responsibilities are another.
