"I know Dr GK is one..." When did Dr Kelly ever claim that....

He has made other claims about his self-treatment, but none that I am aware of in regards to DARRT. Although I don't doubt that it is him, just wondering why they are not publicly saying it was him when in the past they had no worries about making such claims public.
