I shouldnt have to scare them...the problem with public co's is that management are often not accountable and they should be thinking that the business they are running is there own (ie there wouldnt be any stuff ups) hence they dont feel accountable...if it was their own money at risk they would be on this like a ton of bricks...wakeup up management you are accountable to us the small shareholder who own the business!!!
