it may have been good to allow another 5% holding from on market purchases.
That would ignite the price for the rest of us holders, as no-one wants to sell. They could have bought up to 40c with no trouble, and it would have put a floor under the price.
Mind you I would have thought the 40c cliffs are paying would have put a floor under the price but it didnt, crazy market!!
